1. When your cylinders arrive, we conduct a full inspection of each cylinder and provide detailed recommendations for the work to be performed with item pricing for each operation. We inspect each cylinder independently to ensure that you're never paying for more work than is absolutely necessary.

2. We will provide a fully documented written estimate of the work scope, subject to your approval. (You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the pdf files. If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat, you can download their free viewer.)

3. Only after receiving your authorization will we proceed with the remanufacturing process.
